THE PROJECT
INNOVARQ is a fictional Exhibition brand designed for the purpose of creating branding and marketing pieces. The Exhibition consisted on four highlighted architect guests (one of them being a couple and counted as a single one), each one representing a different country, who would participate on interviews, events, and showcase their own unique perspective on architecture. The exhibition would focus on the impact of these four architects made around the world, and the legacy left on their profession.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
The main goal was to find a cohesive visual style that would represent the essence of the architecture world as a profession and as a discipline. The exhibition should target, students, young professionals, and adult architects from the city and all around the province, and its main focus should be informational, and educational with emphasis on attracting new talents and generating interest on the discipline as a whole.
THE SOLUTION
A clean and structured style was used to represent the exhibition, with emphasis on white spaces, well defined and simple color scheme, and the use of a well structured and grounded typography. The logotype itself adheres to the classic grid diagrams on architectural drawing boards, highlighting symmetry and balance. An other important aspect are the typography compositions which adds a spark of personality to to the whole exhibition and brings a less structured communication.
